By accessing or using Axis ("we", "us", "our"), a platform providing spending authorization infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Axis provides programmatic wallet infrastructure that allows developers to set budgets, velocity limits, and merchant allowlists for AI agents. We do not provide banking or money transmission services directly; such services are provided by our regulated partners.
You acknowledge that AI agents may execute transactions autonomously based on the policies you define. Axis is not responsible for any financial loss incurred due to misconfigured policies, overly permissive budgets, or unexpected agent behavior that falls within your defined limits.
You are responsible for securing your API keys. Any transaction authorized using your valid API key and falling within your configured policy limits is considered authorized by you. We reserve the right to revoke API access if we detect fraudulent activity or violations of our acceptable use policy.
Axis uses the Ähnlich vector similarity engine to perform automated, in-memory semantic merchant matching and category policy enforcement. You agree that policy evaluations computed through vector similarity thresholds (e.g. Cosine Similarity ≥ 0.65) and category classifications govern the automated approval or blocking of transaction intents.
